FULL ENFORCEMENT (ISSUING OF VIOLATIONS) OF BOROUGH ORDINANCE 7-3.6
WILL BEGIN ON 9/1/2011

BELOW PLEASE FIND THE CHANGES:

Borough Ordinance 7-3.6, Overnight Parking, has been modified by the Mayor and Council. The restrictions have been changed to simplify the parking restrictions:

NO PARKING
 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.
 Unless Otherwise Posted
 

New Signs have been posted at all entrances to the Borough.  Areas where Overnight Parking are permitted are still posted with the respective signs.  As a result: 

        I.    Permissions will be granted in the same manner as in the past and for the following reasons:

1.   Overnight Guests.  In this situation the resident should be advised to park their vehicle in the street and the guests vehicle in the driveway

2.   Construction

3.   Family Emergency

      II.    Permissions will begin to be taken at 7 p.m. and up to 3 a.m.

      III.    No permissions for more than 3 Consecutive Days

       IV.    No Permissions will be taken after 3 a.m.

Below is an image of the signs posted at the entrances to Bogota.  These will replace the  "Old Green Signs" at the entrances to Bogota.

The following sign will also be posted at each entrance to Bogota to assist in the safety of all citizens and for proper clearing of roadways during snow conditions. during the winter.
